Acrylic and charcoal on canvas with resin coating
40 x 40 inches, 101.6 x 101.6 centimeters
This work reflects my love of architecture. The shapes of a structure can be soothing, yet combative. The connections of the lines charge my senses in a way that pulls me in and never lets me go.

“Well done abstract created from shapes and lines. It is almost "Calderesque" in its feel. Nice sense of movement in the work. Good use of selective colors. Might be a little cramped on top. The background color works well. Nicely conceived and executed.”
“Interesting use of shapes and colors, good technique, creativity and initial impact, good composition and presentation.”
“This is awesome, I love the colors you used here, the white, red, silver, yellow and blue, the various shapes and the exact placement of the shapes with color, is visually pleasing, I like the fact that you show the connecting lines to bring these shapes together. Well created, a pleasure to view!”
“What a wonderful work of art here, reminds me of what I used to do years ago, like the shapes and details and depth, a pleasure to look at.”
“Visually appealing abstraction...an impressive artwork rendition. Colorful creation with excellent strokes & textures. Good compositional style. Great overall impact!”
“I like the concept. Well designed and created. I like your choice of colors. I agree with you. Soothing and combative go hand-in-hand and many different situations.”
“This is a very eye-catchy image. The shapes and lines are interesting and put together in an appealing composition. Love the choice of colors and the background color shows the artwork off well.”
“Shapes and forms together with colors controlled by lines creating a design and structure. Nice colors against a contrasting background, although a wider range of colors could have been included in your artwork. Nice design.”
